He was predeceased by : his parents, Willis Lonzo Miller and Ida Mae Ray Miller; and his sisters, Christine Wise, Sue Bayless and Joyce Bellah.

He is survived by : his wife Girthal Miller of Tyler; his son Dennis; his daughter-in-law Jill Miller of Whitehouse; his daughter Sonja; his son-in-law Woody Johnston of Tyler; his grandsons, Will Adam Miller (Stephanie) of Whitehouse and Jacob Ray Miller of Whitehouse; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Barrett, Olivia and Madison.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (10955 FM 344, Whitehouse, TX 75791). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
