He was predeceased by : his parents, Ezekiel Miles Whitmire, Sr. and Mattie Lee Evans Whitmire; and his son Michael Ray Whitmire. He is survived by : his significant other Virginia Pearl Alexander Whitmire; his sisters, Helen McBride of Princeton, TX. and Caroline Jones of Princeton, TX.; and his children, Thomas Whitmire (Cindy) of Pilot Grove, TX, Bobby Jack Whitmire, Jr (Diana) of Anna, TX, Paul Whitmire of Frankston, TX, Teresa Whitmire Mandrell (Jesse) of Leonard, TX and Darrin Whitmire (Dustin) of Trenton, TX.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
