He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Carter and Velma Carter (Norris); his wife Sue Carter; and his son Mark Carter of Wichita Falls. He is survived by : his son Victor Carter (Ruby) of Katy, Texas; his grandchildren, Stacia Haney (Jasyn) of Sherman Texas, Greg Carter (Sarah) of Houston and Travis Carter of Houston, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Jadyn, Lawson Haney, John, Allison Carter, Tony Franklin and Rick Belz.
