She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Wheeler and Ida Wheeler; her husband David Herbel Jr.; her stepmother Willie Lou Wheeler; and her siblings, Floyd Wheeler (Bobbie), Norman Wheeler and Dorothy Mae Wheeler.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Wheeler (Debra) of Socorro; her children, Patricia Herbel of Dallas, Texas and David Michael Herbel (Tonja) of Sinton, Texas; and her grandson Michael Dewayne Herbel. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
