Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Marie Herbel of Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away at the age of 92, on April 9, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Wheeler and Ida Wheeler; her husband David Herbel Jr.; her stepmother Willie Lou Wheeler; and her siblings, Floyd Wheeler (Bobbie), Norman Wheeler and Dorothy Mae Wheeler.

She is survived by : her brother Jerry Wheeler (Debra) of Socorro; her children, Patricia Herbel of Dallas, Texas and David Michael Herbel (Tonja) of Sinton, Texas; and her grandson Michael Dewayne Herbel. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens & Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
