He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gidding Hogue and Mary Carolyn Parker Hogue; and his siblings, Edwin Hogue, Jackie Hogue and Martha Grace Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Rance Hogue (Susanne) and Kerri Wade (Tim); his granddaughters, Heather Fulton (Zach), Hayley Turnquist (Cameron) and Mackenzie Cox (John); his great grandchildren, Grant, Hayes Fulton, Slade, Hutton, Turnquist, Maverick and Braxton Cox; his sisters, Sharon Kay Moore and Reba Fletcher; and his sister-in-law Nelda Tuggle. He is also survived by his 3 granddaughters and 6 great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the Maskat Shrine or Hospice of Wichita Falls or the charity of your choice.
