He is survived by: his wife Paula McKay; his daughters, Laura, Pamela, Ginger and Alicia; and his siblings, Elbin McKay (Pat), Geneva Murphy (Jerry), Bertha Jean Farve (Lawrence) and Alan McKay (Sharon). He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
