He was predeceased by: his brother Carl. He is survived by: his wife Delores Ann Polka; his son Jason (Kim); his grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan; his son Floyd (McKenzie); his grandchildren, Adrian and Braxton; his sister Janette Holley; and his cousins, Ed May and Holly May Lawson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall (2250 Turtle Creek Rd, Wichita Falls, TX 76309).
