He is survived by : his wife Donna Bushnell of Wichita Falls; his children, Curtis Edward Bushnell Jr. (Pam) of Hewitt and Debra Jean Owens (Michael) of Wichita Falls; his step-daughters, Rajeania, Tammy, Sue and Barbra; and his sisters, Ruth Adcock and Doris DeShasier (Bill). He is also survived by husbands and children; twenty-four grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren.
