He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Olen Vaughan and Oneita Vaughan (Welch). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Vaughan (Raines); his brother Michael Ray Vaughan; his children, Jared Ryan Vaughan, Cody David Vaughan and Laycee Vaughan Carrillo (John); his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Brielle and John Jr.; and his sibling's children, Brad, Kyle Vaughan and Kelli Rae Vaughan.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301).
