He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Boone Hale and Eva Cliftine Whitfield Hale; his wife Mary Sue Hale; and his siblings, Sue Hale Murehead and Ken Hale.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Hale Catlin; his son-in-law Brent; his grandchildren, Chris Catlin (Lacey), Jeff Catlin and Corrie Catlin Gulley (Blake); his great grandchildren, Gavin James, June Catlin, Eli Catlin, Baylor Gulley, Ty Gulley and Cadie Gulley; and his sister Helen Hale Yancey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery in Iowa Park (862 Rogers Rd, Iowa Park, TX 76367).
