He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Dickey (Canady) and James Virl Dickey; and his brother Don Dickey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dickey; his children, Shelly Proctor and Bobby Dickey; his stepchildren, Deandra West (Eric) and Erik Walker (Megan) of Wichita Falls; his grandchildren, Sheridan Proctor, Halle Proctor, Malorie Dickey, Addie Robbins, Avery West, Emma West, Luke Walker and Liam Walker; and his brother Joe Dickey (Cindy) of Borger, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home (2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery (4441 Southwest Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308).
