She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Bailey (Bob); her parents, Menford Ray Sims and Arlene Marie Sutphin Sims; her siblings, Victor Sims, Arlie Sims and Mary Baker; and her grandson Andrew Raymond Duncan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Reddell (Tom) and Denise Scheidt (John); her stepchildren, Robert D. Bailey (Gretchen), Kadion Lilly (Kevin), Kris Bailey and Kathleen Duncan (Ron); and her grandchildren, Chase Lilly (Carly), Ciera Wallace (Andrew), Meredith Richmond (Mark), Elizbeth Duncan, David Duncan (Danielle), Adam Duncan, Peter Duncan and Margaret Duncan. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association or All Souls' Episcopal Church in Oklahoma City.
