He is survived by: his wife Paula Scheurer Elmore; his sister Janet Bybee (Lynn) of Middleton, Wisconsin; his son Frank-Paul King (Eugenia) of Dallas; his grandson Jonathan; his daughter Alice King (Steven Christoffersen) of Hunt; his grandchildren, Michael and Anna Christoffersen; and his brother-in-law Hugh Scheurer (Suzan) of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
