He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Milbern (McGovern); his wife Cherry Milbern; his children, Eric Milbern (Roxanne) and Summer West (Trent); his grandchildren, Samantha, Zachary, Savannah, Hannah and Haley; his great grandchild Blair; his siblings, Alan Milbern (Debbie) and Lois Turkett (Alvin); and his friend Kevin "Doc" Thomas.
