It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Sappington (Wichita Falls, Texas), born in Ryan, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 18, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ginger Sappington (Mayfield) and James B. Sappington; and his brother Richard A. Sappington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sappington; his children, Deidre Sappington and Dustin Sappington; his stepson Chris Phillips (Lori); his grandson Carson Sappington; his stepgrandchildren, Connor and Landyn Phillips; and his niece Cori L. Sappington.
