She is survived by : her mother Billie Bonnenberger Epps (Johnson); her husband Gary Fortner; her son Justin Chasteen (Jessica); her stepson Patrick Fortner (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Kaeden, Aubrey, Emma, Donald Joseph and Daniel.
