He is survived by : his wife Cecilia Kay Lowder (Roling); his children, Alisia Kay Lowder and Jay Lowder; his daughter-in-law Missy Jancik Lowder; his grandchildren, Lane, Kayley and Graham; his great grandchild Alara Lowder O'Neall; his son-in-law Charles Henry O'Neall; and his grandchildren, Kaytlin, Chandler and Caleb.
