He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan Ayala and Juanita Ayala (Gonzales); and his siblings, Tino Ayala, Joe Ayala, Richard Ayala, Stella Espinoza, Barbara Ayala, Viola Ayala and Linda Ayala.
He is survived by : his children, Ruby Ayala, John Ayala Jr. and Raymond Ayala; and his siblings, Felix Ayala, Arnold Ayala and Tina Ayala. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
