He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Drullinger and Mattie Drullinger Newsome; his wife Doris Henderson Drullinger; his daughter Brenda Drullinger Goldfein; his sisters, Cora Lee Wood and Mary Sue Holst; and his grandsons, Craig Schroeder and Ronnie Drullinger Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Drullinger (Joni), Dena Pierce (Billy), Johnny Drullinger and Jerry Drullinger (Joy); and his sisters, Shirley Elliott, Mattie Dee Laswell and Esther Quinlan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
