It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Bastardo Graves of Wichita Falls, Texas, born in Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fermin Bastardo and Frances Bastardo; her husband Donald Graves; her children, Raymond Lee Reyes and Daphanna June Reyes; and her brothers, Rudy Bastardo, Victor Bastardo, Fred Bastardo and Gustavo Bastardo.

She is survived by: her children, Teena Castro (Eduardo) of Abilene, Lisa Walsh (Sean) of San Antonio, Danny Reyes of Altus, OK and David Olalde of Concord, Mexico; her grandchildren, Christopher Lopez, Ryan Lopez, Amber Lopez, Daphne Dannell Contreras and Destiny Contreras; and her siblings, Ediala Torres (Abraham) of Wichita Falls, Viola Marquez of Brownsville, Pete Bastardo Sr. and Ernest Bastardo of Brownwood. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Josie's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Texas State Veteran's Cemetery.
