She was predeceased by : her husband Ignaico Valdez; her son Louis Valdez; her parents, Ynocencio Ramirez and Mercedes Fernandez Ramirez; and her siblings, Margaret Valladarez, Chencha Barboza, Cuca Lopez, Claudio Ramirez, Sr., Pefanio Ramirez, Tacho Ramirez, Roman Ramirez and Daniel Ramirez.

She is survived by : her children, Rosemary Valdez Rivera, Joe Valdez (Rosa) and Danny Valdez (Kelli); her siblings, Pauline Pedroza, David Ramirez (Amelia), Victor Ramirez (Minnie), Eugene Ramirez (Dora) and Richard Ramirez; and her grandsons, Ray Cross (Penni) and Rick Rivera (Melissa). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
