He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Holley and Judith G. Gonzales (Shahan); and his brother John Daniel. He is survived by: his son Jason Jenkins of Wichita Falls, TX; his siblings, Tim Holley (Deanna) of Wichita Falls, TX, Richard Holley (Denise), Angela McKiernan of Cheyenne, OK and Theresa Keith (Jeff); his aunts, Janet Gale Short and Barbara Jean Shahan of Ponca City, OK; and his uncle Owen Short of Dittmer, MO. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anchor Baptist Church (4298 Armory Rd, Wichita Falls, TX 76302).
