He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ted C. Sr. and Betty Alexander; and his brother Jerry Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Susan Alexander, Leslie Richards, Tracy Janssen, Renae Bates and Jon-David Alexander; his brother Ted C. Alexander Jr.; and his pet Lexie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made in Pat's name to the Maskat Shrine Transportation Fund, or to the River Creek Golf Course Pat Alexander Memorial Scholarship Fund.
