She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Hayes and Annie Hayes (Smith); her husband Preston Leath; and her siblings, Jimmie, Bill, Joyce and Bob Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Leath (Frances) of Iowa Park and Annette Shook (Murray) of Burleson; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Whisnand (Christopher) of Wichita Falls, Sarah Doyle (Tyler) of Fort Worth, Erin Shook of Lewisville, Russell Leath and Elliott Leath of Iowa Park. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
