It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Joye Welch of Wichita Falls, Texas, born in Kilgore, Texas, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Baccus and Nita Baccus; her husband Virgil Paul Welch; and her stepdaughter Alisa Welch. She is survived by : her son Olie Allen Lazenby Jr. (Denise) of Houston, Texas; her grandson Robb Lazenby; her daughter Carla Joye Fellowes; her stepdaughter Stephanie Willis of Yukon, Oklahoma; her brother Jim Baccus (Linda); her nieces, Reagan Baccus and Kacey Joye Baccus; and her stepsisters, Melina Schubert and Voncille Cassady (David). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
