He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Curtis and Vera Mullins Sr. (Cooper). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Curtis Mullins (Karen) of Norman, Ron Mullins (Marianne) of Stephenville and Cindy Long of Wichita Falls; and his grandchildren, Matt Mullins (Allison), Melissa Hubbard (Brandon), Lauren (Tyson Garfield), Courtney Whitehead (Bob), Meagan Young (Scott), Emily Siggerud (Pete), Hudson, Holton, Hayes Mullins, Greyson, Sawyer, Easton Hubbard, Sadie, Max Whitehead, Atleigh, Lawson, Foster Young, Knox Ulrich and Brooks Siggerud.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Village Church of Christ (4100 McNiel Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76308).
