She was predeceased by : her father Vern Cummins; and her brother Travis Cummins. She is survived by : her daughter Caitlin Cummins; her grandchildren, Lily, Layton and Luke; her mother Jean Cummins of Dumas; and her brother Ronald Cummins (Bobbi) of Mustang, Oklahoma. She is also survived by three nieces and seven great-nieces and nephews.
