He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie Parker (Meeks) and C. W. Parker; his wife Marie Spikes; his brothers, Clyde, Claude and John; and his son Kyle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Delana Lott and Mollie Osteen (Clint Osteen); and his grandchildren, Tyler Parker, Taylor Parker, Teagan Parker, Jared Lott (Stephanie), Sidney Lott, William Osteen (Madelyn) and Clayton Osteen (McKenna).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Lunn's Chapel (2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
