She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Elmore and Carl Elmore; her husband Welton Baxter; her daughter Deborah Kay Baxter; and her siblings, C. W. Elmore and Maxine Hart.
She is survived by: her son Michael Ray Baxter (Barbara); her sister Doris Steere (George); and her grandchildren, Scott Herndon, Cynthia Foreman (Mikey) and Amanda Mauldin (Larry). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
Memorial donations in Yvonne's honor may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or Presbyterian Manor of Wichita Falls.
