It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Ragan in Willow Park, Texas, born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae and William Grigry (Bill); her husband Bob Ragan (Bob); and her siblings, Ruth Adams, Jay Grigry, Polly Flatt and Mary Nall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Grigry, Leon Grigry and Donna Hunt; her siblings' children, Michael Ragan, Kathy Miller and Jeff Ragan; her grandchildren, Jennifer Miller, Rachael Ragan, Shelby Ragan, Matthew Miller, Amanda Edgmon, Jordy Zurlo-Havey and Dylan Ragan; and her great grandchildren, Jason Abbott, Jackson Edgmon, Ava Edgmon of Grace Zurlo, AJ Zurlo-Havey, Gabriel Zurlo-Havey, Malcolm Ragan and Lana Ragan.
