He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Charles Maner, Sr. and Wanda Sue Maloy Maner; and his mother-in-law MariAnn Livesay White. He is survived by : his wife Joy (White); his daughter Amanda; his siblings, David Maner (Rebecca) and Debora Robinson (Jim); his nieces, Miriam and Carrie Robinson; and his nephew Austin Robinson. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
