He is survived by: his children, Sarah Jo Donaldson of Larue, Julie McNeel of Larue, Carrie Pedersen (Ray) of Gun Barrel, Rodney Hammonds of Larue and Norman Hammonds of Larue; his siblings, Wesley Hammonds (Belinda), Virginia Bellamy (Wayne) of Dallas, Karen Chism (Junior) of Forney, Bertha Mesker of Wills Point and Deborah Harrod of Larue; and his grandchildren, Cody McInroe, Nicole Horton, Carrie Gamble, Brannon Hollaway, Tevin Hall, Keely McKinney, Audrey Riethman, Gabe Hammonds, Luke Hammonds, Brooklyn Steffen and Hannah Pedersen. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hiett's LyBrand Chapel (1701 Goodnight Blvd, Wills Point, TX 75169).
