He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Raymond Burnett and Weldon Oats; and his cousins, Brian and Brannon Oats. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Wayne Oats and Ramona Kathryn Burnett Oats; his brother Jeremy Oats of Wills Point; and his grandmothers, Betty Burnett of Wills Point and Juanita Oats of Elmo. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
