He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Joseph Azopardi, Sr. and Willa Gray Johnson; his wife Tommie Lee Azopardi (Oliphant); his brother Benny Lee Azopardi Sr.; and his in-laws, Tommy and Maurine Oliphant.
He is survived by: his son Tommy J. Azopardi (Molly) of Wimberley; his grandchildren, Jarrod M. Azopardi (Lauren) of Fort Worth and Megan M. Azopardi of Wimberley; his great grandchild Thomas J. Peveto of Wimberley; his sister Jimmie Dee O'Boyle; his sister-in-law Lou Woodward (Darrel); and his sibling's children, Rene Hedeman (Keith), Connie Marie Meyer (Mason), Wayne Matthews (Starr) and Benny Lee Azopardi Jr. (Jennifer).
