With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marnina Fransen (Winnsboro, Texas), born in Vivian, Louisiana, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Odie Dauphin and Lillie Moore Dauphin; and her husband James Fransen Sr.. She is survived by : her children, James Fransen Jr. and Sandra Jaynes (Michael); and her grandchildren, Jamie Fransen (Ginny), Shalinda Kelley (Rocky) and Sheena Votaw (Jeff). She is also survived by two brothers and one sister.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mrs. Fransen's name to Heart to Heart Hospice, 208 W. Shannon Road, Sulphur Springs, Tx. 75482 or to Whispering Pines Activity Department, 910 S. Beech St., Winnsboro, Tx. 75494.
