She was predeceased by : her parents, J. N. Matney and Lila Matney; her husband M. F. Patton (Pee Wee); and her children, Marian Ann Patton and Gary Wayne Patton.

She is survived by : her children, Nicky (Kay Patton) of New Harmony, Tony (Teri Patton) of New Harmony, Becky (Dick Bolton) of Lubbock and Janet (Sandy Metcalf) of Winona. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
