We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joe Welch of Woodlawn, Texas. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joe Welch to show support.

He is survived by : his parents, John Welch and Judy Jones of Longview, TX; his wife Tracie Welch of Woodlawn, TX; his children, Colton Welch of Universal City, TX and Russell Guttirrez of Escondido, CA; and his sister Lisa Bynum (Keith) of Marshall, TX.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that any donations be made to Wounded Warriors Foundation in his honor.
