He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Moore, Sr. and Ethel Bell Cooks Moore of Woodlawn, Texas.; and his son Stanley Moore. He is survived by : his wife Rosie Mae Wabbington Moore; and his children, Elathia Moore of Dallas, Wilma Morgan (Joshua) of Longview and Wilbur Moore (Carta) of Lancaster, Texas. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, friends.
