She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee O'Neal and Cora Holveck O'Neal. She is survived by : her husband Randal Forrest of Woodson; and her sons, Stephen Forrest (Teresa) of Breckenridge, Larry Forrest of Woodson and David Forrest of Woodson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
