Though Evalou may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evalou touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George LeRoy and Averill Brake Gravley; her husband Ben C. Jackson; and her children, Mary Jackson Stanley and Benny Jackson III.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Rogers (Helen), Michael Gryder, Benny Jackson IV and Justice Kayleigh Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Rogers and Brianna Rogers; and her sister-in-law Sarah Loving.
