She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mariah Mata; her stepfather Elijah Palacios; her sister Amaya Montoya-Mata; her grandmother Nikki Valdez; her aunt Aubrey Gomez; her uncles, Jaylan and Niko Valdez; and her great-grandparents, Gloria Valdez, Mary and Feliciano Paloblanco.
