He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Knox and Garnet Everly Knox; his wife Erline Hamilton; and his siblings, Jim, Danny, Buddy, Bob, Melvin Knox and Joann McGaff.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Dietzman (Mike), Connie Hamilton (Charles), Larry Knox (Judy), Danny Knox, Kenny Knox and Kelly Knox (Cindy); and his siblings, Patsy Rainwater, Isabella Smith, Mike Knox and Frank Knox, Sr.. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Grace Gardens Funeral Home & Crematorium (8220 Woodway Dr, Woodway, TX 76712). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Flint Creek Cemetery.
