She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Mangiacotti and Antonietta Mangiacotti (Longo); her husband Dr. Albert F. Mikulencak, Jr.; and her in-laws, Ann and Albert Mikulencak, Sr..

She is survived by: her children, April Sewell (Gary), Lisa Ann Mikulencak (Bernhard Kohlmeier) of Albert Mikulencak, III., Laura Helpert (Chris), Duane Mikulencak and Paul Mikulencak (Kailey); her grandchildren, Roy Sewell, Matteo Danis, Lorenzo Danis, Dominic Danis, Sofia Helpert, Augustus Helpert, Mia Helpert, Jude Mikulencak, Ivan Mikulencak, Henry Mikulencak, Elliot Mikulencak and Lucy Mikulencak; her great grandchild Lily Sewell; and her siblings, Matteo Mangiacotti (Emma Negrisolo) and Graziela Mangiacotti.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
