She was predeceased by: her parents, Fidela Martinez and Julio Ruiz; and her sister Miraida Ruiz Ortiz. She is survived by: her wife Yashavaun Judie; her brother Felipe Loera (Christiana); and her sibling's children, Juan Ortiz (Abby), Giovanni Loera, Millie Loera, Nadaliah Ortiz and Nahla Judie. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
