He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kalal and Vlasta Kalal. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Abby Gerike (Darin), Emily Huber (Matt), Sam Underwood (Clint) and Casey Kalal (Cory); his grandchildren, Brantley, Tenly, Quinn, Adalyn, Avery, Lane and Penelope; and his siblings, Jim Kalal (Liene), Candy Meier (late Larry), Tom Kalal (Ruth) and Dave Kalal (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to Wortham High School for a scholarship fund to be awarded to some deserving students who held a special place in Chuck's heart.
