She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha L. Bratton; her grandmother Carey Nell; her siblings, Edna Marie Averre, JW, Wendell and Roy Bratton; and her son William Larry Peoples.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Peoples (Deanna) of Wills Point, Karen Wade (Clay) of Wylie and Carolyn Boyles of Sachse; her daughter-in-law Joan Peoples of Krum; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Amber Peoples, Carrie, Rick Johnson, Josh Peoples (Peoples), Kristyn, Seth Rowney, Jami, Joshua Mayes, Paxton Wade, Presley Wade, Kellea Darwin, Ashley, Randy Hill and Cameron Boyles.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Park (9220 Restland Rd, Dallas, TX 75243-1917).
