He was predeceased by : his brothers, Ray and George; and his parents, Evelyn Ferguson and George Ferguson. He is survived by : his wife Jackie Ferguson (Fitzgerald); his son James "Jay" Ferguson, Jr. (Charleen); his granddaughter Patricia Hill (Luke); his great grandchildren, Ivy Luke and Olivia Hill of Kennesaw, GA; his grandson David Luke (Kristy); his great grandchildren, Yezra Bailey Luke and Ava; his aunt Myra Ferguson (Stahlka); his cousins, Katerine Knotts (Ferguson) and David Ferguson (Yvonne); his daughter Rebekah Mehltretter (Peter Mehltretter); his grandson Paul Ferguson (Stephanie); his children, Mark Ferguson (Sandi), Bradley Ferguson and Melyssa Ferguson; and his pets, Mickie and GiGi.
