She was predeceased by: her father William Henry Smith. She is survived by: her mother Eva Lou Nivison; her sisters, Linda Fertig and Lisa James (Jesse); her nephew Brandon James (Amanda); her daughters, Grace and Lillian; and her niece Christina James (Patrick Shea).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Richardson (3551 North Star Road, Richardson, TX 75082).
In lieu of Flowers, a Memorial donation in Sandra's memory may be directed to Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA).
