She was predeceased by : her parents, Nellie "Iris" Hudson and William "Ray" Hudson; her son Bradley Barkman; and her siblings, Marilyn Tucker, Phillip Hudson, Philip Hudson and Corless Englert (Bradley).
She is survived by : her husband George Sutphen; her son John Dowdy IV; her stepson Keith Barkman; her stepgrandchild Kayden; her stepdaughter Kristen Barkman Bowling (Brady); her stepgrandchildren, Jackson and Landry; her stepdaughter Sandra Sutphen Burrus; her stepgrandchildren, Cole, Kelsey, Riley and George; her stepdaughters, Sheryl Sutphen and Lynn Swaner; and her siblings, Nancy Rash, Evelyn Biery, Susan Eddelman, William "Bill" Hudson (Rhea) and Charlene Hudson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
