She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Kupka and Frances Prasek Kupka; her brother James Kupka; and her pets, Savanna and Daisy.
She is survived by: her sister Gracie Lampley (Bill); her nephew Brandon Lampley (Amanda); her great-nieces, Hannah Lampley and Faith Lampley; and her great-nephew Wrandall Lampley.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or Pet Adoptions of Cuero.
